How do I add funds to my account?

Visit the Add Funds page and choose your preferred payment method. Funds are credited to your account automatically after payment confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by service. Each service shows an estimated delivery time on the order page. Most services start within a few minutes to hours.

What happens if my order doesn't complete?

If an order cannot be completed in full, we will issue a partial refund for the undelivered portion back to your balance.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellation is only possible for orders that have not yet started processing. Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer available.

What is the refill policy?

Services marked with refill support can be refilled if the count drops. Check the service description to see if a refill guarantee is included.
